As Ellie has ADHD herself she gets me and she’ll get you. I would highly encourage anyone seeking to have coaching to give Ellie a shout. Amazing! Relaxing! Comfortable! Understanding! Funny!

ADHD & AuDHD Coaching

Why me?

Because I get it.

I was diagnosed with ADHD three years ago, at the age of 45. That diagnosis changed everything. It gave me the validation I had craved for years, but it also brought a wave of grief for what could have been. That’s why I get it.

After 25 years working in recruitment, I made the decision to retrain as an ADHD coach. I wanted to help other late diagnosed women make sense of who they are and why they were missed for so long.

In January, I became a CPD accredited ADHD coach, and I am currently completing an ICF accredited coaching course with Optimus Coach Academy, with the aim of becoming ACC accredited by October. These qualifications build on my 2:1 Psychology degree.

My coaching blends traditional client centred approaches with ADHD specific strategies. I work collaboratively with my clients to come up with practical tools and ideas that make everyday life feel easier and more manageable.

What makes my coaching different is my lived experience. I know what it is like to live with a brain that does not work the same way as everyone else’s, and that gives my clients the reassurance that they are not alone. This shared understanding creates a safe, validating space with zero judgement, where clients can begin to unmask and show up as their true selves. That is when we can really figure out what they want from life.

Although I am not autistic myself, I have a number of AuDHD clients (many women are both). I have close family members who are autistic, including my husband (we are an AuDHD couple). I understand how hard it can be when you are dealing with the internal tug of war between two very different neurotypes. It can make decision making difficult, and life in general feel like a lot.

My coaching offers a safe space to explore life’s challenges and opportunities. I am by your side, helping you embrace your true self, because it is never too late.

Ellie’s ADHD coaching methods have been a game-changer for me compared to traditional coaching/management, which never took neurodivergence into account.
